Bursa, which introduced Turkey to the first OSB 55 years ago, is signing another first. The Technology Industry Zone (TEKNOSAB), which has a project volume of 25 billion dollars and a total area of 10 million square meters, will be installed. Stuttgart, Germany’s most active city in trade, was taken as a model for the ‘next-generation industrial region’, where the Bursa Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BTSO) will live up to its dreams. This model will not sell land to investors. All factory buildings will be leased to the investor in a proper manner. The project will be the largest investment outside the public.
BTSO Chairman Ibrahim Burkay, the meeting held in May, 700 million pounds in infrastructure investment will start in the month, said: “2018 will invite investors. The total investment to be made here with the companies is 25 billion dollars, “he said.
